When I met Jesus ...

I'm glad I have eternal life because this confidence gives me comfort and joy and let me see purpose in life.

I remember when I was a little girl and used to see my parents arguing with each other and the struggle was their life because my father was an alcoholic. My mother wasn't happy and I could feel her unhappiness too. I was only 6 years old but I witnessed their fights and felt a lot of insecurity because of that. I didn't like to live in the middle of that mess but I loved my parents so much and wished with all my heart to live in a happy and peaceful home. It was when my grandparents took me to church, then I realized such a life would be possible. From then on things started moving in my house and so my parents decided to go over the church to see the choir presentation in which I was part... that day everything changed. There was a transformation in our lives, no more fear and insecurity, we became a happy family without all those conflicts.

Since that time I feel safe and confident in God's hands. I'm sure about my eternal life and that God is with me in every situation I have to go through. I know that there is a purpose in my life and that I will live eternally without fear or pain.
