Transitioning to Live for Christ

I am glad that I have eternal life (John 6:47 - Verily, verily I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.) because even when I feel alone, I know I am not alone. Lately, when I start to feel stressed about a situation, an unusual peace starts to manifest within me. Before I knew I had eternal life, I would just go day-to-day with no plan and look at things with the glass being half empty mentality. I now look at things as the glass being half full. I want to now live for God's will in my life instead of whatever I want to do. Before I received eternal life, I was raised to know about God. Now I know God and have a relationship with him. I believe and know there is absolutely nothing he cannot do.

I love to dance. I use to belong to this bowling club where we would give cabarets twice a year. I would look forward to the cabarets because I knew I could dance all night. When I became filled with the Holy Ghost, I know longer desired to go to cabarets. I still like to dance, but now I dance for Jesus (like David).

The transformation I experienced and still experiencing as I grow in Christ and the eternal peace He has given me despite the various situations I may be faced with, reinforces me to know that I have eternal life and will be in heaven with God some day.
