This Is My Story
Not only blessed with the assurance of eternal life, but blessed with the peace of God in this life!
Besides having the assurance that I will spend eternity in heaven, accepting Jesus Christ as my personal Savior at the young age of nine also gave me an inner peace that I knew came only from God.
Being married to a pastor for 36 years, raising our four children, taking two teenagers into our home, and of all things, being diagnosed with breast cancer, through all of the above, God's peace has never left me. I have always known that God had a plan for me, plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future.
I know that Jesus' death and resurrection was for me, as well as the whole world. And because I am his child, I eagerly look forward to the day that I will meet him face to face! Because he died for my sins, I get to spend eternity with him!
