The Short Story of My Life
I'm a Christian already since I was a kid. I know who Jesus Christ already, I attended the Sunday schools, and worship God everyday. But when I grew up, all that I learn about God became a head knowledge. I know what are the things that I should avoid, things that can't please God, but I continued to pursue those earthly things. When I started to receive the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, everything has changed. The old has gone, the new has come.
I am so amazed how God loves me. For such a sinful man, his love for me didn't change at all.
There lots of temptation in this world specially when you're with your friends. Just like recently happened to me. One of my friend kept on looking to other girls with lust. Before I receive the saving knowledge of Christ, I always do that as well. But not today because I don't want to waste the grace that God gave to me, the life of Christ.
I know for sure that I have eternal life not because I do good, I go to church, I share the gospel, but it's all because of what Christ did on the cross. I rely my salvation only in Christ alone. Though I am not a perfect, but I'm trying to be like Christ because he's my idol, there's no one like Him.
