The revelation of Sarah's purpose
Through the trails of life, God is always faithful. He heals your heart from the pain of the past and prepares you for the future.
Remembering that I have eternal life helps me endure the trials of this world, while comforting me and giving me the joy to keep going on.
When I was 13, three people close to me committed suicide. I did not know how to deal with the pain and I became angry. I tried to keep busy and find fulfillment from succeeding at everything I could possibly get involved with. Extreme frustration and exhaustion caught up with me and I had a breaking point. At my weakest, God offered rest and told me that He gives purpose and that He has great things in store for my life.
Since then, life has not necessarily gotten easier. Just this last January I lost my mom to suicide as well. However, I know God is still with me and that He began preparing and strengthening me for this tragedy many years ago. He has surely ordered my steps. He will never abandon me. He is always faithful, to the very end of time.
