That Journey to North Carolina Changed Everything By The Power of God
Once lost in emptiness, searching in the dark I suddenly found God's light in His living Word. Jesus Christ revealed Himself to me, forgiven my sins, and filled me with His peace. I have been transformed by his truth and love, and I now live with the certainty of eternal life.
Before receiving eternal life, I was spiritually dead, trapped in sin, and separated from God, living without true purpose or hope. I used to live without love or purpose, numb to the needs of others and lost in darkness, suppressing the deep questions of my soul.
I landed in North Carolina under a slate-gray sky, cynical and jet-lagged. I saw a Bible on the nightstand, but the hotel room was sterile, with fluorescent lights and stiff sheets. But for some reason, I had to open it. "In the beginning ." The words seemed to be touching me. I expected it to be archaic jargon, but it was poetry, full of life and warmth. I kept reading, tracing the pages with my fingers as if they were electrically charged. As I read more, my chest got lighter, but my limbs got heavier. The air itself felt charged, like the quiet before a thunderstorm. Then it came: a wave of serenity so strong I could have drowned in it. Light, cutting through a lifetime of disregarded
By God's grace I received eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ—my sins forgiven, my soul made new, and my future secured in Him
I live in peace with my self and withGod

The feeling of warmth inside my chest ,peace and the absence of all anxiety indicates that I am close to God , eternal life is here within my soul
