SAVED BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH

Before I received eternal life, I became more and more restless about my direction in life. I was a good student with college in my future. Life was good on the outside but I somehow knew that there had to be more to life.

I had gone to church off and on as a kid, but that was a distant memory through high school. My senior year of high school a group of my friends started going to a youth group and several were making commitments to Christ. I was hungry for what they had. I actually hung around the pile for a while, asking questions, reading the Bible, and seeking.

Several times I even prayed. Finally on April 15, 1976, I surrendered my life to Christ and received the gift of eternal life.

I was immediately aware that Christ forgave all my sins.

As I grew in my new life, I found peace with God and people.

And best of all I know for certain that when I die I will be with God forever in heaven.
