Salvation testimony
God is always with you even when you feel like he's not.
When I was in the 8th grade I tried to kill myself because how bad I was getting bullied.
Then I heard a voice saying don't do it. Later that day me, my mom and my dad went to McDonald's parking lot to talk about why I was getting bullied. My mom was yelling at me frustrated that I wasn't standing up for myself. My dad took me out of the car to calm me down, then God said through my dad don't kill yourself, still need you here. At the time I didn't know that God was talking to me until, he revealed to me that it was him. When I got older, I started to live my own life I was in toxic relationships and doing worldy things. Eventually I walked away from God, at the time I thought God wanted me to suffer.
My mom was always talking to me about God, most of the time I brushed her off because I thought how could God love me if he was allowing me to suffer. But she didn't stop she kept telling me about him. One day I was in my room and I asked myself what if he is real? Then I heard a voice saying that he is real. After that I started to grow my relationship with God.
After I wrote my repentance prayer, I didn't felt like it was genuine.
God directed me to the movie I'm not ashamed. During the movie I was crying and thinking about how I walked away from God. Then I stopped the movie and I re-wrote my prayer and as soon I wrote you was always there for me and you never left. God directed me to Psalm 6 and I told him thank you for hearing my cries and I told him thank you for always being there for me when I needed him the most. Ever since I turned to God I felt at peace.
Without God I wouldn't be here today, God showed me the true meaning of unconditional love.
