As I walk with Jesus He's helped me do things I would not normally do. Not confident in myself but in God My Father and Friend The Lord Jesus Christ my Saviour, Lord, King, Brother and Friend. The Holy Spirit my Advocate, Comforter, Counsellor, Helper, Teacher and Friend
I did not give it a thought about my sin and my need of salvation. I thought God was a dictator telling people how to live their lives
I heard that we didn't know when our life on this earth would end and without salvation my life would end forever. That concerned me. I made a commitment on this basis. The message of following Jesus and service was missing
I accepted salvation and began my journey with Jesus getting involved in a local church
I'm safe in the hands of Jesus. Living the best life not the easiest life. Going through struggles, some short others are long
A number of times I look back and without Jesus, even before I accepted Him as Saviour, I could have been assaulted or killed.
Over the years of walking with Jesus as Saviour. More and more He is becoming Lord of my life. It's been a gradual process as I become involved in ministry. Not Lord and Saviour but Saviour and Lord. Confident in my future with Him
