Quieted From The Outside to the Inside
The quiet "nice girl" who was so burdened on the inside has been freed by Jesus Christ. I have been forgiven and his grace flows over me. The Lord is my Shepherd and I am so thankful for His love and mercy. Loving and giving grace to others allows my relationship with God to grow deeper and deeper. I can now look at myself and forget the past and look forward to how the Lord will use me in the future. My scars are healed and I have been made new. Those relationships are repaired and new ones are made. Our God is Good!
I'm so thankful I have eternal life because it has allowed me to forgive myself and others as well as love others, even when it's hard.
I was in an ungodly relationship and I had crossed many emotional and physical boundaries that were scarring and I had trouble forgiving myself. God allowed specific people in my life, one being my husband, to show me His abundant grace and that I needed to forgive myself so I could forgive others and accept His grace.
Seeing and experiencing God's forgiveness and grace in my life has transformed me from the inside out. It has allowed me to give grace to others and has allowed me to experience the fruit there is in forgiving and giving grace in my marriage. I know I have eternal life in Heaven because without God and the love he has bestowed upon me, I would be empty.
