Peace

Through Jesus i now have purpose and i know that i have significance to God. Its through his grace and forgiveness that i can move forward knowing God is always with me.

I remember back to my freshman year in high school. My grandfather was diagnosed with cancer again but i thought it wasn't a huge deal and that he would be ok. after a few months went past and nothing was improving he died. I can remember the heartbreak i felt and in that moment knew that life was short and that everything and everyone one day would fail me. But Jesus and his truth lasts forever. He gave me a peace that he can be trusted even in the worst of moments.

The same peace and confidence that he gave me then helps me stand firm in my faith that God will always be there and that one day i will sped eternity with him.
