No Such Thing as a Boring Testimony
Some people say that growing up in a Christian home and accepting Jesus at a young age would be a boring testimony compared to someone who endured hardships and bad experiences in their childhood. However I do not consider God blessing me with the parents and life I was able to grow up, but everyone's story needs to be heard as any story can result in another person coming to salvation and in the end, as Christians that is our calling whether you are saved at a young age or in recent years.
I am glad I am safe through the sacrifice of my Jesus, I can live my life knowing that I am always going to be able have someone giving me the strength to keep on living for His glory.
Growing up in a Christian home and living the "Christian life" I felt like I missed out on things where people did not invite me to outings because they would think I would ruin the fun or they were afraid I would judge them. I used to feel left out, but once I realized that my identity is in Christ and I do not need to be invited into these events that do not honor the Lord or my own values.
Ever since I accepted Jesus and surrendered my life to Him I will do whatever I can to serve Him in every way possible. Because when my life comes to end I know that I will be called home to Heaven, and hearing the words "well done good and faithful servant" will assure me that my life was worth it.
Your testimony matters too
