I have found purpose and fulfillment because of Christ. His love for me has given me the power to change and to show that same love to others and empower them to change.
When I was a young Christian man I made a vow to wait to have sex till I was married. It wasn't long before Satan tempted my urges with an alternative solution. He tempted me to keep my promise to God but fulfill my desires as well with pornography. This was a battle for me till I made a deeper commitment to follow the leading of the spirit. I'm glad today that my father in heaven was patient with me and his spirit leads my path.
I know I will be in heaven one day because I'm washed in the blood of Jesus and the Lords spirit bears witness with my spirit. His loving conviction to keep me on the right path never leaves my side. He is faithful to me all the days of my life.
