Need peace?
I went from being unsure and low self worth to feeling very loved and confident.
Before I had eternal life I had little peace or self worth. My self image was driven by what others thought of me.
As a result, I would say and do things to try to please others, based on worldly standards. I was constantly comparing myself and my family to others that I wanted to think of me positively.
Then I discovered a right relationship with God, and received eternal life.
Now that I have eternal life, I know I am infinitely valued and loved unconditionally by God. My self worth comes from Him, not by what I do or don't do, have or don't have.
As my family navigates struggles with our children, I am able to use what I've learned about God and His desires for our life as the guide and a solid, unchanging source of inner peace.
Best of all, knowing I have eternal life helps me live life to the full now, I am never alone in my life challenges, and I know I will be with God forever after I die.
