My true testimony to my personal relationship with God

I'm thankful that I have eternal life, because no matter the sins of my past, I know that I have received God's grace and been given a chance at redemption.

I was in the midst of an extremely toxic divorce, and I was temporarily without custody of my youngest child. During a moment of personal prayer at an early December 2016 service, I asked God for his forgiveness for all my prior sins, and asked that if I was truly forgiven, that he show me a sign that I could have hope that I'd have the wrongs righted and my child might be returned. Eight hours later, I received a message from a stranger, in that message I knew without a doubt that God had redeemed me, and I was given his sign of hope.

I have completely changed my life for the better through God's Grace with every day being a work in progress, and in turn, I went from being the former 'Daughter of Thunder" to showing grace to those that would try to harm me.
