My Testimony

Before knowing Christ I was addicted to drugs, played guitar in night clubs and was very self focused. My wife Amy and I were drifting apart and we separated. This left me feeling depressed and caused me to turn more to drugs. I believed that God existed but knew nothing about Him or His word.

I recall feeling that my life was all messed up that my marriage was probably over.

I met someone who invited me to a rock concert at a church. I took the flyer but said no. That week I kept thinking about the church invite and I decided to go. That's where I heard the gospel and first learned about eternal life. That night I gave my life to Christ and began the mist wonderful relationship.

Since coming into relationship with Jesus my wife has come to Christ, our marriage has been restored and God has called me to serve Him. We love telling people this story. Its His story!

Faith is so amazing; it allows you to trust God in the hardest times. One day I was driving home in a snowstorm when my car started spinning around. As it did I could see the drivers behind me and I thought for sure I would be in an accident. Knowing I had no control over the situation, I closed my eyes and said "Father protect me". When I opened my eyes I was stopped and there was not one car around me. I thanked God all the way home.

I have learned that life is full of bumps in the road and uncertainty, but one thing I know is that I am my Fathers son andHe will always be there. I look forward to spending eternity with Him in the Paradise of God.
