My Testimony

I remember living with the fear that when I died I would spend eternity in hell.

As long as I can remember I believed there was a God (after all, He had to have created the world!It didn't just happen!!), but I thought I could never be good enough to go to heaven!

Then one Sunday morning as I sat in church listening to the pastor, it was as if Christ, Himself sat next to me and spoke to me! I prayed that morning and asked Jesus into my heart. Now, I know, it's not about what I do that determines whether I get to heaven or not. It's about what Christ did for me when He took ALL my sins upon Himself as He died upon the cross and was raised to life again on the third day that determines my destiny

I no longer have to fear death and have an inner peace that I will spend eternity in heaven!!!

In 2007 I fell down a flight of 17 steps onto a concert floor. I broke my C-2 vertebrae. The doctor in the ER stated,"a half an inch one way and I would have been totally paralyzed from the neck down and a half an ich on the other side, I would have died." I am so thankful God chose to spare me from either, but had He not, I know I would be with Him in paradise now!

Because of what Christ did for me and the gift of faith to believe, I know that when I breathe my last breath here on this earth, I will open my eyes to God's glory in heaven to spend all of eternity with the One who died for me!!
