My testimony of peace
The Prince of Peace, Jesus, has shown me his is alive, active in my life, loves, and cares for me. He is the intercessor for my failures because he loves me, and you so much! Praise the Lord, I don't have to try to be perfect because I can't be. However, he sees me as perfect! Who can say that they are seen as perfect, no blemish, no faults, no scars, unless they are being looked at through God's holy eyes!
I have inner peace knowing God is always with me. Even though I have trials and challenges in life, I know God isn't punishing me but he is actually growing me up, building my character to be like his. I'm a child of the King most High. He will never leave me or forsake me.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace. I've seen this truth many times in my life. I remember when I was extremely bitter and angry, but I asked God to change the situation that was causing so much pain. He honored my prayer, and moved the root cause. This allowed me to trust God even more that he would provide the peace I need.
God shows me continually that he will protect my heart by giving me the peace only he can give. I know this peace will be all consuming when I am side by side the Father in Heaven one day! All the tears, fears, and sadness will be gone because he is love. He is peace. He is holy and just. I look forward to being with the Prince of Peace in Heaven, in his timing of course.
