My Testimony

I have the strength to go on each day because I know God is in control and always besides me through every hardship and good moment.

I find myself struggling with anxiety and stuck in a cycle of overthinking about the “what ifs” but He says look at me, follow me and your burden will be light. I take a deep breath, pause, inhale the stressors and thoughts and exhale them right out and give them to the Lord. I find myself refreshed and renewed when I choose to give Him my burdens instead of holding onto them and letting them harm me.

I know without a doubt I am never alone and the Lord will strengthen me and give me everything I need to do the impossible. The peace i have in every chaotic storm is proof He is present in my life and all powerful in control.
