My Testimony

Before I received eternal life, I only acted on emotions.

I would do whatever felt good in the moment, whether it was lust, greed, anger, or any other selfish feeling I thought was good regardless of the consequences it would have later.

Then I finally understood the True Gospel, how to obtain Eternal Life, and what it looks like.

Now that I have Eternal Life, I respond much differently to life and try to do what's best according to His Word.

I will feel the Holy Spirit telling me to respond logically to "problems" that come up throughout my life. I'm better about avoiding the sinful reactions that might feel good in the moment, but that are just lies.

I know that no matter I've done in my past, that I am going to Heaven whenever my time comes because Jesus died for me. The wages of sin is death, and He paid that fine for me so that I may be set free from not only the consequences of sin, but free from sin itself.
