MY TESTIMONY

Before Jesus saved me I had an addiction to pornography that started when I was 12 years old, that lasted ±4 years.this 4 year addiction got so bad that I convinced myself this was normal, and it manulaled my entire thought process. I had no idea who I was and tried to find purpose and joy in my friends. I avoided anyone who wanted to help me and poured all my anger and frustration out on the poeple close to me.

For example, anytime a family member or a school friend would reach out to me, I would mislead them with lies.

I started seeking the Lord when I had an encounter with him and I wanted to know more about the Lord. That encounter with God was the first time in a long time that I felt true and undeserved love.

Ever since I started to seek the Lord with my whole heart, I have been free from pornography and the lord has renewed my heart. God can set anyone free from their struggles, even a 4 year pornography addiction.

In my path with God, he has blessed me with an amazing peacefulness in every situation and hardship I have faced. The more I sought the Lord the more I understood his grace and his undeserving love

I experienced the Lord's love and accepted the holy spirit, and i realized that salvation is a gift from God and not a reward. God makes this clear in Ephesians 2:8. Anyone and eveyone can be saved, it does not matter what you have done.
