My testimony about how Jesus saved me. By Nick Diaz

Before I was born again, I sought for approval and love from all the wrong places.

I remember trying to find approval by the way I dressed, what car I drove, how many women I was dating at the same time, and what kind of job I had. All I found was temporal approval. I was never satisfied. I grew tired of searching for love and approval from people. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom and had nothing that I realized that I was a sinner and I needed a Savior. I found salvation and more through Jesus Christ. Once I was forgiven of my sins, I was approved by Jesus and I was loved by Him. His approval and love are eternal, not temporal.

I had one encouter with the love of Jesus and it changed my life forever.

Now my life has radically changed. I dont feel empty anymore. I am filled with contentment. The greatest pleasures of this world are nothing in comparison to the gift of eternal life. I am not lonely anymore. Even when I am not around any people, Jesus is always with me. I have been accepted into the family of God. No matter where I go and there is a believer in Jesus, I have family. I have family all over the world! I am at peace with God now. When I came to Him there wasn't a scolding for all my wrongs. I was purchased and the price tag on me read "THE BLOOD OF JESUS". God thought I was worth it. I was received by Jesus with love and forgiveness. I am blessed beyond belief. Submitting to God only benefits the one who submits to Him.

Me and my wife were involved in a car wreck. We only had liability insurance and the other driver didn't have any insurance. Our only car was wrecked. But I remembered that God uses all things for the good of those who love Him and are called for His purpose. Some how we managed to get our own financing and also a down payment to buy a new car. I remember driving home and being with so much joy and gratitude. I heard the Lord ask me, "Do you trust me?" I replied "Yes!"

The bible says that if you believe in Jesus, that God raised Him from the dead and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved. Jesus said that He is the way, the truth and the life. He said you must be born again. I know if I die I will be in the presence of my Lord and savior. I believe that Jesus died for my sins. He took our place on the cross. God raised Him from the dead because Jesus sacrifice was good enough to pay all the sins of those who believe in Him. I confess that Jesus is Lord and He is the only way to salvation. I love Jesus because He first loved me.
