My Story: From Anger to Peace

Before I received eternal life I was filled with anger at the world and at God.

My behavior became so bad that my parents had me leave home and I had to change schools.

Then, on Christmas morning in 1993, I found forgiveness, internal peace, and eternal life.

Now that my eternity is secure, I forgive quickly, I'm slow to anger, and I have unexplainable calmness in my spirit.

One night, I was verbally attacked by a city councilman during a city council meeting. I didn't get angry, I kept control of my tongue and avoided escalating the situation. Many people who watched the meeting commented on how well I kept my composure under pressure.

I have that internal peace because I know without any doubt that I have eternal life and a place for me has been secured in heaven.
