My Purpose

Before I received the gift of eternal life through Christ I had no objective purpose in life.

I remember realizing that no matter what I did I would die one day and all that I had done would be dust in the wind. Beyond this I saw that even if I left behind a legacy it too would one day be wiped away by time. Every attempt at prescribing purpose to life inevitably lead to this conclusion.

Then I discovered how to have eternal life in Christ and my outlook on life was forever changed.

Now that I have eternal life I no longer think that life is a pointless path.

Now that I have eternal life in Christ I know that there is a plan for my life. When I live for Christ I feel joyful and complete and I know that I can't lose because I face eternal life with the Father.

If I were to die right now I know I would spend eternity with an all loving merciful Father whom is worthy of worship.
