My Personal Testimony

Before I received eternal life I was attending church and experiencing guilt, fear and felt something was missing. I started questioning what I had learned growing up in the church. I knew God was putting people in my life to help me answer questions I had about being saved and confessing sin.

I started to read the bible and attend church with friends seeking the truth. The bible taught me who Jesus was and about my sins. I continued going to church and wanted to learn more.

One day I came across a passage in Romans 10 that totally convinced me that I was saved because of what God had said about Jesus. I also learned that I could go directly to God through Jesus Christ to forgive my sins. I was able to turn some of my wrongs back into rights because of what I learned and believed.

I truly know now that I have eternal life and I no longer walk in fear and guilt and that missing part has been found in Jesus Christ.

God is still putting wonderful people in my life as I continue my walk and belief in Him.

If I were to die today, I know for certain that I have eternal life in heaven because of what Jesus did for me.
