My Personal Testimony

I'm glad I have eternal life and have the assurance of heaven. I trust in God's plan for my life, a second chance at life and freedom from my past . I have purpose in life, and a sense of fulfillment that I didn't before. God is always with me, and provides real, lasting happiness. God's unconditional love gives me strength to keep on going and gives me faith to face fears we encounter on a daily basis.

Early In my life I played baseball competitively and was on my way to college ball with a full ride to about anywhere I wanted to go play....until one day, that was all taken away from me within a single second of time...a career ending injury. If it wasn't for having saving faith and God to help me through the struggles and pain....I'm not sure what or where I would have turned. He provided the hope and comfort I needed and the strength to see the positive in trials we face. It was a big learning experience for me to completely put my trust and faith in him alone....He would be the only one to guide me in that tough, dark time in my life.

The peace and comfort God gave me that day and the following months after my injury are the same that I feel today. I have assurance in God and my saving faith that I will have eternity in heaven when I no longer am alive on this earth.
