My Personal Testimony
As a child of God, I have and continue to receive God's grace, assuring me of my eternal life through the work of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
There is nothing in this world that can defeat me as a child of God.
My oldest son had traveled to Europe with a college friend a few years back. One evening I received a call from his friend who said "Mrs. Belton, we have a problem." My son needed an emergency appendectomy and he was in the center of Rome." My husband and I prayed all through the night. In the morning, their local hospital took him in for surgery. He flew out five days later and traveled for 51 hours to return home with a drainage tube coming out of his stomach. It was the most helpless times I have ever experienced in my life. I could do nothing but rely on God's grace.
It's that same grace that God showed me that day as watched my son slowly limp down the international terminal at LAX that assures me of eternal life.
