My personal testimony

Before I received eternal life, I was lonely and I knew that if I died, I'd go to hell.

I remember a few years ago I was struggling with depression and loneliness and I had was going through somewhat of a break up. I was hurting and I remember just telling God, if you'll help me get through this I'll follow You. I began to follow Him and He healed me of those things.

I prayed a prayer, but I didn't know if I had done it right, so my older brother prayed with me a prayer to receive salvation and that confirmed for me that I was on the right track and I had received eternal life. I haven't looked back since.

Now that I have received eternal life, I am confident that if I died today, I'd spend eternity with Jesus. Since I entered into a relationship with Christ, I now know that He is with me wherever I go.

I've had times of loneliness since, but He has reminded that He is always with me and that He will never leave me nor forsake me. He has also reminded me that this is not my home.

I know for sure that I'm death and in life, He is with me and I with Him
