My Personal Testimony

Before I received eternal life, my life was full of loneliness and insecurities.. that feeling that nobody loves me and that I have nowhere to go.

Why? I didn't grew up with my family. Instead, I was left in the care of my father's aunt miles away from my mother, brothers and sisters, and my father who worked overseas. In my elementary years, I was frequently asked the question why was I not living with my family. Don't they love me that they left me in the care of somebody else? Am I not lovable enough that they deserted me? Questions buggled my mind.. Slowly, insecurities grew... loneliness crept in... I felt nobody loves me. I felt I have nothing..

Then someone shared to me how to have eternal life.

Now that I have eternal life.. I no longer fear being alone because I know that Jesus loves me and is always with me. That insecurity in me has vanished for now I know I am secured in God's love and there's a place in heaven for me.

At present... I am married and has a one child. Sometimes, my husband would leave for a week-long seminar. I feel neither fear nor lonely for I know Christ is with me and will never leave me.

Indeed, Jesus wants us to live a full life and this offer lasts forever. So, if you are asking me if I have eternal life? My answer is "Yes... And if I were to die now, I'm 100% certain I'd be with God in heaven."
