My Personal Testimony
I was unfulfilled and lonely before Jesus, now I'm content even when I'm all alone.
Before I rec'd eternal life, I was lonely and felt something was missing. I had guilt and shame from very poor choices I made.
The loneliness drove me to seek love in all the wrong places.
When I rec'd eternal life, I knew I was truly loved and knew this was what I was missing in my life. The sense of 'something missing' was filled with love.
Now, even when I'm alone, I don't feel lonely.
My boys are in college and my husband lives and works in Florida right now, so I'm alone 90% of the time. Loneliness does not bother me at all, because I know God is always with me.
My life is full because I know Jesus is always with me. I want to spend time with Him and learn His ways and how He wants me to live. I have peace when I'm alone and don't have to search for that love outside of Him.
