My Personal Testimony

Before I received eternal life I was disappointed with myself and others.

I remember times when I felt that nobody in my life understood me and cared. I was young and bitter about how I believed the world saw me and how I saw the world. There wasn't any fulfillment in my life.

Then I was introduced to the idea of walking with Jesus and the sacrifice He made for all of us. I am still young in my journey with Christ but I know that where ever he leads me I will follow.

Now that I have eternal life I am not worried about my future and what will happen, He will always be there to provide and give me direction to serve his purpose.

Through my college career I pushed myself to study in a field that my parents encouraged me to do rather than what I wanted to do. As I came closer to graduation my life seemed bleak and for the paycheck. I prayed to God to show me my purpose in life. two years later I am in the field that I want to be and utilizing my talents to help so many people.

I am grateful for all that God has done for me and what he has in store for me. I have no fear for my future because I know that all of it will lead to eternal life with my God. That is the most gratifying concept that can be imagined and I have that because of what Jesus Christ did to save me.
