My personal testimony

I'm glad I have eternal life because I know God loves and accepts me even when I may not feel loved or accepted by my peers and the overwhelming sense of peace and contentment I have even when things seem whack, knowing that He has a plan for me and guides all areas of my life if I let Him.

I used to need validation from others' as to what I was dong with my life, career, time, clothes, dating, etc. almost everything. Now, I focus on what God wants for me, fulfilled by the knowledge that through the journey of life He accepts and loves me no matter what, so I am free from my past mistakes. And He knows and wants what's best for me and loves me enough to give it me (or not) in His perfect timing. He gives me contentment and peace while I wait and/or when things don't turn out quite as I imagined or would have liked or in my timeframe.

The same peace that God gives me in those situations is the same peace I have everyday. I know w/o a doubt that God is always with me and that I will spend eternity with Him in heaven.
