My personal testimony of forgiveness

When I was 9 my mum and dad separated. As a child, I was very isolated and lived in fear most of my childhood. I was also seeking God and a relationship in the wrong place. God started to get my attention.

I remember having a sense of God, I was in a dishonest relationship where the person was still in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend and she became pregnant. I remember reading a verse over and over, from the bible would just opened to the same page every time I wanted to read, looking for an answer I would read about God putting together a man and his wife no man should separate. This stopped me from falling apart trying to get my way. Even before having a personal relationship with Jesus, I believed the bible was God's instruction and guidance to me.

A friend from college invited me to his church and by the second Sunday I had given my life to Jesus and accepted Him as my personal lord and saver.

Now that that I have received eternal life, I have hope the relationship I wanted the love I wanted. Peace to trust God

I can live free of fear because I have God's word of his perfect love

I'm not afraid of dying, as a child I used to wonder what would happen when I die and imagine being in darkness.
