My Personal testimony
I am grateful for eternal life granted to me by God through forgiveness. After a lengthy period of unemployment, I faced a job opportunity that required dishonesty regarding my educational qualifications. Despite the temptation, I chose to uphold my integrity in alignment with my love for Jesus, rejecting the offer and trusting in God's plan for a job that would respect my values. I have unwavering faith in God's love and I believe that He has a purposeful path for my life, which shall culminate in eternal communion with Him in heaven.
I am glad i have eternal life because God has forgiven me of all my past sins, given me peace and assured me of a place in heaven when i die or when Jesus Christ returns while I am still alive.
There was an opportunity for me to get a good job after a long time of unemployment, however, it involved me lying about my education level, i was supposed to lie that i had a masters degree in a certain field that i didn't have, i was to procure a fake masters degree certificate and to also lie that i have been practicing in that particular field for some years which is also a lie. This opportunity was to be mine only if i could put aside my faith that instructs me not to lie. I couldn't do that because i love Jesus and follow His commands, so i let the opportunity go and i felt at peace. I received insults and accusations of ingratitude and naivete but i trusted God to bring me my job that didn't require me to lie. Before i really became serious about Jesus, this wouldn't have been a problem, but now, my love for Jesus supersedes everything else.
The same way i trusted the Lord to come through for me in the right way regarding the job, is the same way i trust Him with all the matters concerning my life, i know without a doubt that He loves me, He has great plans for my life and that when all is wrapped up here on earth, I will be with Him in heaven eternally.
