My personal testimony

Before I received eternal life I feared eternity and imagined myself lost, alone and floating endlessly in utter darkness.

As time went on I became increasingly rebellious as a teenager and was searching for meaning in life in all the wrong places.

When I was 16, I went to a movie with my boyfriend who is now my husband. That movie influenced me so much I knew I had to make a decision, and I prayed to receive eternal life.

Now that I have eternal life, I am confident that no mater what happens in this life, my future is secure with God. I will never need to fear being alone floating in darkness. Much of my rebellion is gone, and the things I used to desire are no longer important to me. I am still a work in progress, but my life is so much better.

I no longer feel the need to search for meaning in my life, because all my searching has been satisfied by Jesus.

I now have confidence that if I were to die right now I would have eternal life with Jesus.
