My Personal Story

I knew that something was missing in my life but could not put my finger on it. It took me a very long time to recognize that it was Jesus, tugging on my heart, and what I had been missing all those years was a close relationship with Jesus.

I remember when I had my sons, I knew I wanted them to know Jesus as children and to not have to experience that empty, gnawing feeling that something was missing as they grew into adulthood.

Through a friend, I slowly discovered how to have eternal life and began to change my life.

Now that I have eternal life, I feel an inner peace. I trust in God's path for my life and look forward each day to the adventures he has placed in my pathway.

One day on a rafting trip, I was thrown from the raft in the middle of a rapid. I was immediately caught under the raft as it continued through the rapids and down the river. I fought to find my way from underneath the boat but finally resolved myself that there was no way out. I felt a sense of inner peace come over me. It was then, when I relaxed, that I floated to the side of the raft and was rescued by my fellow boaters.

God has Blessed me throughout my life in so many ways. He has showered me with Patience, Love and Grace and I know that I will have see my Father in heaven.
