My Personal Story
Despite death, my peace is in Christ.
I know I have eternal life because Christ have given peace that surpasses my own understanding and he guards my heart and mind.
I remember being in turmoil when my grandmother died in 2013. I was in the hospital room with my mother and family when she breathed her last breath. The Lord gave me such an inner peace in my own soul that I was able to be an encouragement and gospel witness to my aunts and uncles in the room who were struggling intensely with her death.
That same peace that I had that day at the hospital permeates my life everyday because of Christ. When I am tempted or fail in anxiety, the Lord is there comforting my Spirit with his Word.
