My Jesus Story

Before I came to faith in Christ, I had stress and worries.

My parents took me to church with them, and my family prayed at meals. I knew and participated in the religion of my parents. However, I did not have a personal relationship with Christ. I had my parents' religion and attended church because my parents expected me to attend.

During my sophomore year in college, my classmate, Todd, shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with me using the Romans Road Gospel presentation. I accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

After being saved and set free by Jesus Christ, I felt more peace and less stress. I gained my own, personal relationship with Christ.

I also received a desire to learn about God and pray which replaced a feeling of obligation. I began reading the Bible.

I have assurance of my salvation and eternal life and know that I will spend eternity in heaven. This also provides peace.
