My Baptism Testimony

I'm glad I have received internal life by God because I know that he will give me the power to change and to have hope in my life.
My nephew died in 2012. I was 11 and he was 10. I felt that my world had completely stopped. I treated him like he was my little brother . We had the best times when we were together. He was the one that made my world spin. As soon as he left, I felt that I fell into darkness. This lasted for four years now. Although he is with Jesus, I know that his spirit watches over me and guides me when I'm having a rough time.
Since my nephew is gone, and I know that he is with the Lord, I feel more confident in Jesus and know that some day I will get to reconnect with my nephew once again. I also believe that Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, died on the cross for our sins. To protect us from the evil that surrounds us everyday, and I will one day be with the Lord to thank him for all that he has done.
