Mason Burke's Testimony
I used to be so doubtful of God and my faith in him was not really there, but I have kept pushing to gain a better connection to him and I have finally found that great connection.
Before I received eternal life, I was very self-centered and had very low self-esteem.
I remember when I used to think church was a chore and I thought it was a complete waste of time and wonder if because of that thought process if I was still going to go to heaven.
Ever since I joined Crossroads Grace Church, I have been really focused on the messages more than my last church and these lessons really spoke to me. Also, I spent a week at Hume Lake and every part of those services spoke to me and I've had such a strong connection with God since then.
Now that I have eternal life, I will feel even closer to God on a personal level.
The last night at Hume Lake I prayed and thought to myself about how I can stay this close to God and have such a good relationship with him like I did all camp.
Now that I have received eternal life, I feel closer to good and know now that I have a spot in heaven waiting for me if I keep believing in the lord.
