Kalene Personal Testimony

Before I received Christ into my heart I felt empty with no purpose.

I remember I was 17 years old and I felt as if I was to perfect and I begin to develop low self esteem. I met a guy who manipaulated and took advantage of me. I thought I was in love, i betrayed my family, let go of my purity, all for him. Then I got pregnant, he told me he was 6 years older then me, he would abandon me, hit me and verbally abuse me. This left me , bitter, lonely, and stressed.

Then someone shared with me about eternal life. Someone prayed with me and God used them to tell me " "Don't worry about man, just trust god. He has a Man of God set for your life. They told me God promised to take care of me and that he has a Ministry just for me." That day I gave my life, heart, my son and everything to God. I decided to trust him.

Now I have eternal life, God gave me my husband just like he said he would. I have peace, my son is healthy, I love people and my hearts desire is to serve.

One day I lost my home to Black mold, My husband was sick with influenza B. We slept in our car because we couldn't afford a hotel. I had an amazing peace. I just knew God was in control and I trusted that he would take care of me. He sure did take care of me.

To live is Christ and to die is gain. With Christ I am fearless and if I were to die right now I know I will have eternal life because I trust in Jesus Christ alone.
