I was not raised in the church, I harbored a lot of resentment and never felt good enough. Through my relationship with God I now know I have purpose and meaning. I am able to forgive. I am thankful for Gods blessings. I would not be who I am today or have the life I live if it were not for the grace of God.
Before I received eternal life I was resentful which left me feeling empty and insecure.
I carried around a lot of resentment and insecurities from experiences in my childhood. The resentment and inability to forgive was a heavy burden.
When I met my wife she began taking me to church. I learned that I needed to forgive and give my burdens to the Lord.
Now that I have eternal life and have accepted Gods grace I can forgive those who have wronged me.
I am able to forgive
Now I am a father to two girls of my own, I want to share the love and mercy of our heavenly father and be the best dad to them as possible. I don't want them to carry the burden of resentment the way I did. I have purpose and meaning and am so thankful for life I have built because of his blessings.
