Immense guilt and inability to forgive myself, focused on regrets

Feeling so guilty about hurting my family with my decision to not move back to Malaysia, knowing it was the wrong decision and I made that decision out of selfishness.

I discovered that I could find peace through Jesus and because of his forgiveness, I was able to let go of all of the judgements that I was holding on to and rest in his promise of salvation.

I have been able to learn about true forgiveness and the peace that comes with that. Definitely something I still struggle with.

Identifying my short comings but being able to find peace in those and in other relationships where people may have wronged me.

I know through life's challenges, I can always find peace through Jesus. His word always provides wisdom, truth, and mercy. Knowing his sacrifice for sins is the biggest form of forgiveness imaginable.
