It's The Definition of Hope
This is the life God made for me, and I'm so happy to be here. I can't wait to see what happens next in my life. I know life won't necessarily be easy, and it doesn't have to be. I know my faith in God will continue to grow and will sustain me no matter what. It's the definition of Hope.
I'm glad I have such a strong relationship with God, because I know that all things, good and bad, have meaning. Every person is here for a reason; everything unfolds as it's meant to.
When I was diagnosed with MS in 2011, I actually felt closer to God than ever. I understood that sometimes life just stinks, because we live in a fallen world, but as a Christian I have peace because I know that God is always with me. I'm never alone.
I literally cannot imagine letting an outside force determine how I feel about my life. Everything from my health, my job, my marital status--these are things that I think about, but I know that they're small details. When I think of how much God loves me, and how my future with Him is already settled, it makes me feel like everything will always be okay.
