I am glad that I know I have eternal life and forgiveness of my sins because I do not have to be afaid of death . I can face death with confidence because I know that my sins are forgiven through Jesus Christ.

For example when my mother passed away when I was a young mother (and she was my best friend) I had peace knowing that I would see her again since we both had placed our faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.

This same peace reigned when my daughter was deathly ill. Fortunately God saved her life. I have confidence in Him to provide peace in every circumstance.
