How God found me

Before I had a relationship with christ I had a feeling of being alone in this life outside of my wife nobody really cared about me.

Through the struggles of my young adult life the people closest to me and many family members drifted away.

After hearing a sermon speaking on the validity of jesus I invited him into my life wanting him to revel himself to me. The pice I received from that simple prayer gave me new life.

Now that I have a relationship with christ I have a since of stability that whatever life throws at me through the power of Jesus I can survive.

A few months after my baptism my wife got seriously sick and for some time the Dr's couldn't give us a answer till we went to the er for the 3rd time they finally discovered she was in liver failure. During this time from not knowing what was wrong to not knowing if she would get a transplant I was alone agen in all the decision making for our young family but with the encouragement from 2 Corinthians 12:9 where God tells paul that my grace is sufficient for you and that my power is made perfect in weakness. This was clear to me that God was the one giving me the strength to care for my family. And after 104 days in the hospital most of which my wife was in a coma I finally got to bring her back home to continue her recovery with her new liver.

With the gratitude I now have and the desire to serve the lord who has provided so much to me and my family I feel completely secure in the love he has for me.
