Heaven heard me

As a family man I knew that knowing Christ on a personal level was what I needed to propel me closer to God. I knew of him but I did not know him. It was all about me and what I wanted, I prayed when I needed something and I only attended church when it was New Year's eve so that if God should come he will find me in the house of God and see my effort by attending service that night.

I remember joining church and being baptized and being zelous for God, but it was when my wife became pregnant with our second baby after having our first boy 10yrs before, she was told that she could not have any more kids because she or both her and the baby will die because of previous complications. Not only that God saw us through the pregnancy but he blessed us with his very presence. I remembered while getting prepped to be by her side for her second scheduled csection I was praying to God and asking him to send Angels to comfort my wife during the procedure. A few weeks later after a successful surgery she said to me " that man on my left side was so comforting, I have never felt comfort like this before". I went on to explain that there was no one on her left side and I knew she was not dreaming because she was awake for the entire surgery. She told me that he knew her by name and he told her many words that made her felt a peace, it was then I told her what was my prayer before the surgery and that God answers prayers and from them my trust in him was like never before.

I received God on one of my invites by a faithful sister to Living Water Blazing Fire Ministries. Before I got there I told me wife that this would be the only time I will ever got to church and that I am not going back no other time, but I felt the Lord that day and did not want to leave his presence.

The eternal life that I have now found in christ through saving faith give me great comfort and assurance

My entire family now rest assured that we will be with christ when we die
