Grace Abounds - God's Love for Nicole
It is by Grace I have been saved through faith, and this not of myself, it is the generous, merciful gift of God through the precious blood of Jesus.
Eternal life with Jesus Christ means that I am a new creation & with that rebirth comes peace in the midst of hardships, inexplicable gratitude towards my Creator & love for those that outside of God's transformational power, I could not have.
Every day when I wake up, I know life is a gift. God supernaturally gives me the desire to praise Him, to come to Him with the various struggles I face, to look to Him to provide for all my needs - physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally & relationally. The more I pursue Christ & turn from the temptations & distractions that gnaw at us every waking moment, the more I have a deep sense of satisfaction & contentment with where God has me, yet at the same time, I want Him to use me more, grow me more, bless me more. I want to know His character. I want His face to shine upon me. I want my life to create a sweet smelling aroma before God's holy throne. Life's not easy; in fact it can be exhausting, discouraging, even feel hopeless at times. In those moments of desperation, when I humbly come to God & honestly pour out my burdens to Him, He lifts them in a way that I can't explain with words. It's supernatural, humbling & a sweet reminder of His never failing promises to never leave us or forsake us. To God be the glory for anything of worth in my life. He is Mighty to save.
Without ever having seen God, I believe with faith that He (Jesus) has gone to prepare a place for me & anyone else that puts their faith in His redemptive blood. I know that I can fully walk in confidence that God will fulfill all that He promised. He has promised great things to those that call upon His name. I wait expectantly for eternity where I will see my name (by grace) written in the Lambs Book of Life. It will be gloriously humbling to hear Jesus stand up after my sins are made plain & say, "Well done good & faithful servant...enter into the joy of the Lord."
