God's Providence
God has never left me and I can promise He hasn't left you. The cross proves it.
Before I received eternal life, I wrestled with anxiety and control.
I remember going through a lot of family stuff and instead of relying on God for peace, I tried to regain control of my life through temporary and superficial means. I had gotten baptized at the age of 14, I knew that Jesus loved me and saved me, but I wasn't ready to let go of all the things He was asking me to let go of.
When I was 16, I lost someone very important to me. During this hard time, I started feeling God's comfort and He welcomed me back home with open arms -- like the father and the prodigal son.
Since then, my heart has been transformed daily by God's peace, grace, mercy, and love. Everything I was afraid of giving up at 14 has now been joyfully given to the Lord.
Because of these experiences, I am blessed to answer God's call on my life -- counseling.
Now I can rely on God and appreciate His provision in a new light.
