God gives Life

I am thankful for God's perfect plan and purpose for my life.

Our second son was diagnosed with cancer at 7 months of age. He was a strong little patient for over 2 years, but his body could not survive the cancer and lung infection he acquired. With grief and loss, I wondered what this earthly life could offer. Life had lost its luster. I knew my son was with Jesus. I knew Jesus loved him and I was comforted knowing that our son was in the best place with the best care. God has affirmed life in his word and in my life. Jeremiah 29:11. After our son Jeremiah passed away I became a nurse and my family continues to grow here on earth. My husband and I were blessed with 6 boys, 5 still being on earth. Our first granddaughter is coming next month. There is sweetness in knowing there will be a great reunion with loved ones in heaven, but we have new things in store here, many blessings to look forward to on earth!

I have relied on God in many areas of my life and he has helped me. His truth always prevails and His promises are a comfort. He has answered prayer. He has been faithful and provides for our needs.
